NDPC Ladies Bronze II Pennant
Round 1- 16/5/25 at Asquith GC
Cumberland vs North Ryde
An early 7:30am start and a wet morning, didn’t worry our ladies Bronze II team playing their first match at Asquith GC today.
The final result was an outstanding 4.5 to .5 win to Cumberland.
A fantastic start to the competition by
Kelly Yoo, Lucia Kim, Lisa Kim, Sally Kim and Sharon Byun.
Next Friday the ladies play at North Ryde against
Killara.

MASTER PENNANT REPORT Rd 1 V Eastlake

The Master Pennant team commenced their 2025 campaign playing against Eastlake at Eastlake Golf Club. A wet, windy and rather chilly day greeted the players for the start of the new season.
The going was tough in the early stages with many games holding at square or our players slightly down. Fred Youseph making a return to the team showed great chipping prowess through the front nine and turned 3 up. His partner Richard Wood showed great touches too and was also up by halfway. Both went on to comfortably win their matches. Sean Moylan showed why he is one of our best match players getting out to an early lead, then holding steady to finish out his match as a 3 & 2 victor. Alani Piukala making his debut for the team was steady for most of the day and would eventually go on to half his match.
With the weather turning and the scorecard looking tight it was Adrian Welsh who showed his class by beating his opponent down the last hole. This secured a 4.5 – 3.5 victory for the team.
A big thank you goes out to the caddies who braved the weather to help their players come up with such an impressive away victory.
